my product?

I would like to know the cost for testing.
Cost depends on which exposure sites and exposure racks you want to use and the shape and quantity of specimens. Please contact us for a quote or for further details.

How can I track my order?
We provide pictures of initially-installed specimens for free. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to obtain pictures during testing (pictures during testing will incur a fee).

I would like to get weathering data.
Free weather data is available to customers who order our outdoor exposure testing services.

I want to start testing as soon as possible. How quickly can you begin testing for my product?
We carry out installing specimens the first week of each month (basically, the 1st of the month). Please let us know if you prefer a different date. We can arrange our services to suit your needs.

What are your precautionary measures against typhoons?
We take specimens off and keep them inside the building based on how big the typhoon is, and put them back once the typhoon lows through. We keep specimens safe.

Can I take a look at the exposure sites?
In general, we don't allow anyone on the sites for reasons of security protection for our customers.

I would like to know about Accelerated Weathering (Light) testing.

What if I want to perform a type of testing that is not listed on this website?
We also accept requests for other types of testing, such as material property testing and fatigue strength testing. We may be able to meet your needs, so please feel free to contact us for more information.
